[REQ] Customized audio/video production-oriented tweaks

Hi there, nowdays many people uses (or are forced to use) Ms-Windows for multimedia production, but obtaining an optimized configuration is not for everyone.

It would be extremely useful to have a dedicated/customized Windows "distro" for this purpose.
