Update compiling for Windows section

remove now-useless SDL/Freetype download links and notice
change bam download url (0.5.1 does not detect arch well)
merge Windows x86 and x64 compiling instructions
fix some paths, grammar, wording
merge setup sections in compiling/windows. Only MSVC setup is documented
fix FAQ link
