Slovak.json is actually in Slovenian, not Slovak #75

This commit entirely wiped out correct slovak.json file and instead replaced it with slovenian translations

@diznq Thanks for bringing that to attention, I'll look into it. Is Transifex fine? If Transifex is fine, everything will turn out OK

@Dune-jr there is no "Slovak" in here https://www.transifex.com/teeworlds/teeworlds/

@diznq Slovak was restored as an option on Transifex, but slovak.json still needs to be ported over there as to save you some duplicate work
