Should try to rejoin the channel with exponential backoff before giving up?

Perhaps after kicking it should be quiet for a bit ?

Also does not rejoin servers when disconnected. this is more of a problem

Won't fix. Can invite bot back into channel now, and move to basicbot should 
quell 
disconnection problems

(Although they were fixed aaages ago)
