Plans missing fields #23

Plans DTO does not include certain fields like custom.

Hello @CodersExpo Unfortunately, I am not actively maintaining this NuGet package and repo anymore.

I am away on holidays at the moment, you can either wait while I can adjust and add the "Custom" field which is missing or you can fork, update and create PR for me to review, merge and release. Thanks
