[BUG] No border between outline pane and PDF view pane #127

Describe the bug image

To Reproduce Just open any PDF that has an outline.

Expected behavior A visible border would help with dragging the pane to increase or decrease the size of the outline pane.

OS (MacOS XX.xx [specify Intel or Silicon], Windows, Linux [specify distro/package type]: Windows 11 + Zotero 6, all updated.

Zotero Night version (please check that you are on the latest version) v0.4.23
