I was wondering what question 15 was asking us to do. When I tried Googling it all that came up were a lot of things about normalization.

This question is an extension of another in the homework set. However, in this problem, try following a couple steps:

Identify the values that correspond to each factor
Focus in on only those factors of interest
For each factor of interest, scale the set of values for that factor such that the new range is from 0 to 1
Return the scaled values in one list and the factor labels in the second list

I was able to adjust the range for the list as well as summarize the data, but now I am stuck on how to create a dictionary that includes all of the values.

I haven't done 15 yet, but do you have access to your partner's number 8? maybe calling that function somehow could help
