Ditches the previous HT-only configuration to read from the MHCC Fusion Tables
Members stored in own Fusion Table (but must belong to MHCC to be in Elite MHCC)
Writes Elite MHCC rank data to its own Fusion Table
Uses sidebar / menu to avoid editors needing to open Script Project.
