quantize synced to system clock instead of metro #30

Replaced the metro used for quantization with a clock coroutine. It seems to sync nicely to the system clock. also tested with ableton link and it sync nicely too.

Also added a small bugfix to the grid led offset by one on the cut page when in reverse mode. Please see if it works on your end and if it's how you imagined it to be implemented.
