total session recall via pset and clickless start/stop #33

Hiya

My last commit adds clickless start/stop with 60ms time lag between playback and track mute/unmute. The two commits before that add total session recall. It's implemented with the upcoming pset delete callback in mind. I will add this functionality as soon it makes its way in an update.

Let me know if it's good or needs any changes.
