3 data decryption

Description

Merging will add binary file decryption needed by the frontend for plotting. Encrypted binary is converted into .json files which are then saved for use in the server.

Additional Information

For now, running the code continously every 10 seconds results in an error trying to get patient's information. This need to be fixed later and checked on MORBERG MONITOR
