Front-end Setup

User Story

As a doctor,
I want the application to have a front-end set up,
so that so that patient data can be plotted and visualised.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The front-end shall be initialised using create-react-app command.
• [x] The front-end shall have typescript installed
• [x] The unneeded starting code created by create-react-app shall be removed
• [x] The front-end shall have axios installed and configured to connect to the port that the back-end is running on
• [x] The front-end shall have tailwind configured and installed. tailwind will be used for making the app reactive and smooth
• [x] The front-end shall have plotly.js installed. This package will be used to plot data on a graph

This ticket is almost done. Me and @Flam30 almost finished it. But it needs one final touch and enabling tailwind.
