As a developer, I want to have a CI pipeline in which different part of the project are built and the tests are ran, so that I can make sure all parts work correctly and all tests pass.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] The decryption program shall be ran and the existence of .csv files shall be checked
[ ] The postman tests for the back-end shall be extracted and run. All assertions must pass
[ ] The front shall be built and the build shall not throw any errors
