Added new items (Update 48) #20

I pulled the new item images using umodel and resized the icons to the dimensions your other ones were + gave them a black background. I also updated ItemNumbering.csv.

I have not tested it with all the new items yet, but I think it should be accurate.

I discussed a little with tehruttiger, and this currently works if you use learning mode. It won't work without it yet, though, as I did not add the crate/individual icons for recognizing the items, only the UI icons and added them to the definition files.

I will see if I can get time to do so sometime soon.
