Issue with Apache tomcat installation in Eclipse #33

Can someone help me?........I have Vista 32 home edition installed on my 
laptop.......apache tomcat 5 and 7, jdk 6 and jdk 7, and same versions of jre 
as well......in the eclipse tool it is not showing me run on server option to 
run any project on the Apache Tomcat Server......I tried all the possible ways 
to install the server on eclipse whichever I got on other sites, but they are 
not working at all.....it is not showing the option of server in 
Window>Preferences as well as not in Window>Show View>Other also.......I 
have tried in Eclipse Indigo and helios version......pls give me some 
solution...thanks
