Package Management not Working #6

Currently, I am unable to install the .yaml due to ResolvePackage errors, likely due to a difference in operating systems. Downloading JJ's compressed environment also did not work, likely due to similar reasons.

--freeze-installed might be an option to stop updating preexisting packages.

Or we could try something called package pinning.

Now have a system that works, via gihub actions
