Patch for /trunk/en.lproj/Localizable.strings

Mostly successful, though still a few uncertainties with
1. some languages that are unknown to me and i can't find anywhere, and
2. with the award-thing (as i never came across it in the game or editor), 
though this is mostly about grammatical cases by anyone who knows what it is 
about,
3. inconsistent use of capital letters, as in some cases capitalization changes 
the meaning in German, so I tried to achieve consistency by putting the other 
expressions in small letters as well, which contradicts the use of capital 
letters in the rest of the translation. Maybe we could use correct 
capitalization throughout the translation to suit the German language, but 
maybe that's kind of a minor problem anyway.

That's it for now, I'll take a break :-)
