Changes aren't loading #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Please describe the issue below.
I open the editor, change the finances etc...
when I load the game and look at the transfer budget nothing has changed.

What version of the editor are you using? On what version of OS X?
Not too sure, but it was downloaded from here 
http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=3775
I'm using the latest version of snow leopard
