Request: Overall/Position Rating #37

I think the Grown Potential column added in this year's FMSX is great in 
helping scout young, growing players. But the scout still doesn't have a great 
way of truly showing the top players for a given position in the game. 

My feature request is: similar to what is done in Genie Scout, providing an 
overall rating and (more importantly) a position rating for players. Although 
CA and PA are great to go by, they aren't necessarily truly indicative of a 
players quality. There are plenty of players in the game with PAs in the 150s 
and 160s that are actually equally as good (if not better) than players with 
170s or 180s.
