Crashes When Loading Nations #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to load save game

Please describe the issue below.

FM11sx freezes then crashes when loading my saved game. Gets to 3/4s through 
loading nations and crashes.

What version of the editor are you using? On what version of OS X?

9.1.1

10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Have tried uncompressed/compressed save game file, turning off load lang.dat, 
manually finding lang.dat, loading other save games.
