can't compile on Xcode 4 #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install xcode 4
2. compile
3. ERR!!

It seems like BWtoolkit ibplugin can't be installed on Xcode 4.
Could you fix it to compile it on xcode 4?

ibplugins can't be compiled on Xcode 4 - they have removed that at least for 
now. ibplugins can only be compiled with IB 3.x at the moment.

not going to fix this until/unless either I replace BWToolkit or Xcode 4 starts 
allowing ibplugins
