scout shortlist #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.tried saving different version
2.saved to csv file
3.import into a different game

Please describe the issue below.
I used the scout part of the editor. Everything worked fine until I tried 
exporting to a short-list. Import short-list into game but the list is empty. 
Tried same search again different name same thing. Exported the list to csv and 
that does contain the data.

What version of the editor are you using? On what version of OS X?
using FMSX11 RC3 and using Mac 10.6.7

Please provide any additional information below.
imported an earlier short-list that was created using 9.2 version of editor and 
that worked fine.
