Using simple hardware, where the "USB data(for noise)" connects to? #11

Hi tejeez, I am trying to implement it myself, but I don't understand where the "USB data(for noise)" on the switch board will connect to. It seems it will connect to a noise source, so where is the noise source schematic? Is it connected to another port of USB hub?
