Flexible way of adding new columns to CDC without recreating previous change tables #523

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try adding new column to CDC.

What is the expected output?

Easy.

What do you see instead?

All CDC tables must be recreated.

What is the possible cause?

./setupCDC.sh is not flexible enough.

What is the proposed solution?

We'll use 2.1.0 instead of 2.0.8, hence moving the issues.

Moving to 2.1.2 - 2.1.1 should be a more compact release.
