Separate pages

I separate the questionnaires (lifted states up)and made answers only visible after submitting.

As a user I want to switch from one questionnaire to the next So that I am not overloaded with to much content on one side

Changes to US:

• I decided not to toggle the submit-button but implement another one to go back
• Also, I decided to not use icons yet but to do it later with styling
