Value proposition

As a user I want to see an overview page So that I can see all my periotopia-indizes (somewhen in the future)

Description

Acceptance criteria

[x] The app has an overview page
[x] The overview page displays "Ermittle deinen Periotopia-Index"
[x] When clicking "Ermittle deinen Periotopia-Index" the user is lead to the questionnaire

Tasks

[x] Create a new branch
[x] Add a new page overview
[x] Add a link to the questionnaire
