you changed 'user' & 'password', between the first and second commit, which i found odd but figured you went from a placeholder to junk credentials.
@tekgrunt: Actually, I changed the username to admin
to be more explicit that it should be an administrator user so that Hoodie can create the CouchDB databases that it needs. In both cases they are junk/example credentials.
Documented the steps required to connect Hoodie to a live CouchDB instance and provided an example configuration file. Also updated the package lock file to include missing dependencies.
