Setup DNS Server and spoof local host on Pi #6

Using dnsmasq to set up a DNS server on one of the Pis so we can spoof the domain for the application.

I threw in the towel on this... I used DNSMasq to run a local DNS server but for some reason the router would not return the primary and secondary DNS IP addresses as set inside of its own config. 95% of users at the trade show will be able to reach the router using the .local protocol and I am just going to go forward with that for the time being.
