When I've heard that word used in this context it's been "olutii", but then, again, it might be a localized dialect difference.
Like people from Keiukl who I have heard say MISkebesang and we say MESkebesang. Or it could be an individual person's speech pattern.
I have heard both: Oluut; olutii; oltii Uluut; ulutii; ultii. Could be like Souang said: could be Keiukl and Desbedall or Eouldaob and Babeldaob lingo.

Good points, Ulang.
And ulluut and olluut. I'm not good at what part of speech this is. The first one is past tense and the second is active in the present tense.
For the same word as well, some enunciate it with double l and some don’t.

Or "old Palauan" maybe? I do agree with the regional explanation. Just like "metengel" and "tmengel" "metei" etc.
I asked an Aunt who was part of the original Bible translation and she confirmed it is the same as "olutii."
I, myself, have not heard this variation before. It is in the recent bible translation so I guess it is more common than I thought.
