if I would asked the question from the here's top, I could say:
Ng diak bo bake! - it's because some of palauan m-beginning verbs change it to b-. in this situation... like MO > BO, MECHAR > BECHAR
nobody heard anything like "bo bake"?

No, what you're thinking of as in mechar becoming bechar doesn't apply for this word. Ex: Ng merengmiu me ng diak bo make. Do your best so you won't lose.

how can we say
1) "YOU WON'T GET PROFIT FROM IT" using mokar?
2) "DON'T TURN IT!" using mauas?
