I think this word - metekokd - means persons of prestige, status, authority, etc.

Jelga, I asked for an example sentence and it seems to confirm what you say:

Tial ongdibel a mle meseked rar betok el metekoked el ngar bab el chad.

The submitter did not attempt a translation.  Perhaps something like "This meeting was crowded with many prestigious people of high status."?
