Also, is the spelling oderngesall or oderengesall?

Oderengesall. Important to be heard. Orengesall. Need to be heard, not necessarily important.

Oderngesall means it needs to be heard. Usually someone will say "tia oderngesall:" to make sure everyone is paying attention and then say the important thing that needs to be heard.

I'm not sure what Orengesall is. I don't know if I've ever heard it before.

I've heard both used for the same thing, as has been said by others, something that needs to be heard.
