Here is an interesting one. "Euotelel a Klingil a Debel Belau" is apparently a translation of Palau National Marine Sanctuary. Euotelel seems to be an alternative spelling of 'cheotelel' and it seems to mean something like sanctuary. Agreed? Also, what about 'klingil'?

I'll look into it. By the way, 'Euotelel' is also missing. Perhaps it is an alternate spelling of 'cheotelel'? That makes sense as it implies 'protection' which could be a translation of sanctuary. But what does 'klingil' mean do you think?

Euotelel comes from euatel, it's the possessive form. In this case it is referring to the protection/defense of Palau's waters (debel Belau). As for "klingil" I have never heard or seen it before. I will ask around.

Jim, I don't think it's a possessed form of 'klengar'. I'm sure you have seen phrases like 'klengar er ngak' etc. for many times. That means this word has no special possessed forms.

But if it would have existed, it should look something like 'klengral' because of historical reasons. 

It better looks to be formed from the word 'kiingil', or it is its misspelled variant.

we already have KIINGIL in our DB, but without english meaning:

kiingil, n.poss.3skiingil a kliei er ngii; kiei, kiung er a blimam; kiingil er a blik.

KIINGIL is related to KIEI 'to live'.
