Omcheracheb: roast someone instead of toast, you roast. I think that’s the closest English word. Omtelub: kind of sexual harassing or joking, nowadays.

Oh, so we have the word Omcheracheb already: omcheracheb , v.t. mistreat; bully. omcheracheb a ulecheracheb; mesemai a rechad, mcherechebii a sechelil.

But this person is asking about omcherabech which is different. The last four letters are 'bech' instead of 'cheb'. So are you saying that you think they are the same word or maybe the person asking is confused?

It is the same with new generation spelling words from 70’s, 80’s, and now is different but it is the same word.

The person asking must have just spelled it wrong or is one of the many who change the last few letters of many words. It does happen a lot. Not purposely but they just don't know....

Other examples:

Bechecheiaches - bechecheiasech Menguchet - mengutech Melechet - meletech

And more but that's all I can quickly think of.

Close. Closing this without changing anything. Assuming the OP just got confused and transposed some letters.
