As I continue to refine my songbook, I have been collecting a few instances of Palauan grammar usages that I want to document, since I haven't found them documented in Josephs' grammar books or other references.  John suggested that I prepare a public google doc to allow people in the tekinged group to review and comment on my observation, hopefully resulting in a guidance document that has been vetted, to ultimately help others understand the subtleties of the Palauan language.  The concept is that each "usage bulletin" will be targeted to one point of grammar, etc.  Ultimately, these documents will be migrated to and cataloged on tekinged.com, to allow people to find them easily.

In any event, here is a draft of a short bulletin (I am an engineer, so Tech Memos are a way of life for me) on the usage of the word "kele."  Please feel free to add your thoughts, comments, disagreements, etc. Usbechel 01 - Kele
