Dict has telemtemul as taste, flavor.

Can it also mean consistency, texture, viscosity (of food)?

Hmm... Good question. I've only known/used it for flavor/taste.

When the mechas are making, say seboseb, pumpkin dessert, or grated tapioca for billum, and they talk about the consistency, they would just use something like "betermemed" or "medemdemek" or "medecherecher" etc
