Timd #356

I found this word timd in this quotation. "Moba a chedaol el timd el ouetkeu er a rokui el odam." ("Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss.") This seems to be from the word melimd, which is currently defined as "sip." Has anyone else seen this word used for "a kiss"?

  1. Should timd be added as a new word?
  2. Does the word melimd also mean "to kiss" and thus could be added to the definition?
  3. Is there any inappropriate connotation of this word?
  4. Is there a Palauan word that means "a kiss" (noun) with neutral implications? I assume most Palauans just say "kiss."
