In the context of inebriated, we would say "cheltelolel" derived from "cheltelaol." There is also "chetelaol" which can also be used for dizzy(iness). These are what I am more used to, I guess.

Examples: Ng mlo er a party e meral milchetelaol me a bol rei eng cheltelolel me ng oldidiu. A kora di chetelaol le ng locha ngesonges a cheliuek. Ng meral mekngit lomekall me ng di mo mengetelaol a btelud. A rechad omekakou er ngak ra obekuk ra Ngesis el kmo ng di chetelaol meng diak lodengei a ngerang. (Ediul, ngka dirrek el obekul a Charl! Lol!)
