I don't know the meaning but I encountered the word from the story of 'Bkais Chemrungel'.

Ma lebong er Ngarchelong, e ng ulebekebek a medal a Delemumu. Ma lebochang eng merang el mlo keklebokel el obang bechil el me ra klengit el reng.

There's klebokel in there. Must come from that.

Ulang says this means "Beyond beautiful contented and satisfied look."

Seems like a reduplicated form of klebokel.
