Omal a rengul #446

Dictionary currently defines Omal er a rengul as "astonish; amaze; impress; cause admiration."

Charl says that is actually the definition of obal er a rengul. I'll create a different thread for that.

She says that "omal er a rengul" means hesitant. Like "Ng omal er a rengul el mora rikl leng tia el kleald."

Can anyone else confirm that please?

Ak ulemai era renguk el omechar er a imelek mechelechang eak meral meched a renguk. I was hesitant buying myself a drink and now I am so thirsty.

Ng ulemal er a renguk el mengider er a ambos el di ngii el tang meng mla mesiuch a ulkel. He tried to impress myself lifting the anvil on his own and now his back is messed up.

I also just know OMAL(I) RA rengul in the context of being hesitant, reluctant, apprehensive...

I don't know what's correct but I hear people say OMAI and OMAL.
