NGATECH appears as an independent entry.

But it seems like it should be grouped into OLINGATECH:

Anyone know what part of speech it is? Maybe @smith-371 ?

Yes, ngatch is scoot. Ngangt: dropping as in failing, falling behind.

looks like the full form is INGATECH, since we have OLINGATECH, not OLNGATECH.

We need some phrases with that word for to determine what part of speech it is.
