Ngelmangel #470

I see that there are three example sentences in tekinged using "Ngelmangel," but no definition. That word is also used in the song "DARLING": Ngelmangel el mo medideklokl engdi di obengkem. Felix Okabe told me that Ngelmangel is a noun meaning "a person who is crying," which, conveniently, could be deconstructed into "ng el lmangel." Is Ngelmangel a stand-alone noun, or is it a phrase (as I suggested) just jammed together?
