6 months ago Mengiuid is to twist with fingers, like pinch and twist. Like getting excessive water from laundry before you hang. Sorry my English kinda went out the door right now. š per se ācheliuidā is tobacco leaves treated and twisted into a bundle called ācheliuidā. Hope it makes senseā¦
