Borrowed from Korean. Term of endearment meaning something like 'spouse' or 'honey'. Anyone hear people ever using this term?

Sentence to go with: ‘Ngkang e techang?’ Whose this? Response: ng iobo er ngak. My spouse… When in crowd: one would say ‘iobo’ the spouse would turn or answer.
