Fixed broken link in `work-periods/edit` and `work-periods/add` #116

This solution uses normal jinja-variables and should be enough for now but a future improvement could be a flask decorator

fixes #115

Tested locally. The redirects works as expected + the routes return 400 (Bad request) if a bad ID is passed in
