Add additional error-pages #133

This would present application errors in a better way for our users.

Pages to add

Maybe there's something more? (At the moment chronos only throws errors 400 and 403 in 6 places)

@Limpan also talked about that we should add json responses for the error-handler. Should this be documented in an additional issue?

Could you explain that, I'm not sure I understand :santa:

When I opened this issue, I thought about a 400.html-template
