adding ability to have multiple message handling methods

this will make it easier to define different methods to handle different types of messages

1. app_mentions or messages that start with @botname
2. messages that include a ZD-TICKETID like text that will automatically link to the ticket
3. anything else we need it to handle for us based on the content of a message
