Added rest of the APM3 games into

APM3.cpp GameID.h

You're missing BlazBlueCrossTagBattle, BladeStrangers in GameDetect, please look at the CI errors. You're missing the exe crcs too, so this does absolutely nothing. Did you even test to see if these games work? As far as I know, Otsohu doesn't work with just that.
