Added new update crc's for APM3 games. #187

Added crc's for VF eSports v1.3 & v1.4 both test and game exe's. Also added cotton v1.2 crc, but it doesn't start so will probably need patched again like before.

Thanks! I'll comment out the cotton rock and roll crc for now since it needs a new gamedetect entry and new patches.
