WMMT5DX+ Work in progress star saving + Terminal mode working + WMMT5DX+ Update 5 limited support #202

Terminal mode now works, just have to add General - TerminalEmulator option to WMMT5DXPlus.xml file. Star saving doesn't work as of now, instantly gets overwritten as soon as you load star.

terminal code should in theory work for wmmt6 too.
